when an item is sold at an auction the house takes say 10% for example. say the item is sold at £1000. does the house put the commision on as extra or just reduce the amount given to the owner? so would the seller get back £900 and the house keeps £100 or the owner get £1000 and the buyer pays an extra £100, or does both these things happen so the seller gets £900 back, the buyer pays an extra £100 so the house ends up getting £200 (works out at 20% overall)?
Right im moving house and there all expensive or not for me, i want to know if there is any sites that show repo’s in my area, i would appreciate any help, thanks

i live with my mum and evicted from our home in a couple of weeks for mortgage arrears.
i have just got myself a new job but every where i look people want the equivalent of two months rent up front. between us there is no way on earth that we can find this sum of money. ( no family or friends who can lend and crap credit score due to mortgage)
any advice extremely gratefull
Okay i want to sell a ring and they told me that i can sell it in an auction house but im not sure where i can find an auction house they told me that a name of an auction house are Loyds of London or Christies. But im not sure where i can find them. Can some some tell me where i can get information on where i can find one or something that can help me.
