I was there years ago and would like to go back, but can’t remember where in Snohomish it is.
i am trying to find out if i can get trace back papers on a mare. i was told she was registered but dont know her registered name. it was at hutch. auction in kansas. they closed for a while but re-opened last june. called there and new owners dont have old records. would the previous owners still have to keep records?
she is quarter. i was told she was registered but they did not bring the papers. they were suppose to send them in the mail and never sent them
