Is anyone else peed off that our taxes are to pay to prop up builders and potential reposession folk who can’t manage their own finances.

I bought a pokey little house 5 years ago in case a housing slump happens. I am no economist, just a working single mum trying legally to do the best for her family without taking benefits from others.

I want to buy a house in foreclosure auction. Where can I get info on the net or otherwise on how to do this? I haven’t had any luck with google search. Anyone buy a house at auction b4? advice?

A group I am a part of is holding a service auction. I am living in a college residence hall, so any kind of cooking is out of the question. Mowing the lawn, shoveling snow, babysitting, etc. are also out of the question because there are very few families/houses here.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

My family and I are looking for a house in Maryland that isn’t expensive, but is a fixer-upper. Does anybody have any suggestions of where to even start looking? Has anybody been to auctions for houses?

I am recently divorced. The matrimonial home is up for sale. My ex wife moved out of the matrimonial home and is in the process of buying her own house. She says she is going to get the court to order the matrimonial home be auctioned due to the poor housing market. Can she do this?

Someone recently told me that if you at least attempt to make payment on loans or debts that the items can’t be repossessed is this true? Like if you make partial payments on a house or auto loan can they take the property?
I’m not sure if this person is correct and I am not having luck with research. It’s just informational more than anything to see if this person is telling the truth.
