Repossession Houses

I want to buy a house in foreclosure auction. Where can I get info on the net or otherwise on how to do this? I haven’t had any luck with google search. Anyone buy a house at auction b4? advice?

I am recently divorced. The matrimonial home is up for sale. My ex wife moved out of the matrimonial home and is in the process of buying her own house. She says she is going to get the court to order the matrimonial home be auctioned due to the poor housing market. Can she do this?

Houses for sale at a forclosure auction, they ask for down payment immediately, the remaining with 24 hours. Where do youget the funds for that immediately?
The details are as follows: 10% of successful bid immediately at conclusion of auction, balance by noon the next business day, both by cashier’s check. Assuming I have the down payment, how do I secure the rest of the funds before the auction starts? Not enough in home equity so forget that. Any thoughts?

I just purchased a house at auction which is currently occupied by the owner. I will try to contact the owner and have her leave on her own accord (offer $). If this does not work, where do I go to file the eviction paperwork and what is the process after the paperwork is filed. I assume that I do not need a lawyer for this. Location Richmond, VA

I owe 8000 on a repossession. I’m paying $175 a month. If I settled I could pay $5000 or $6000. Should I get a personal loan for this amount? The financing co. says that if I pay the settlement they will “remove the derogatory marking from my credit report” I ask because I am thinking about buying a house or at least moving to another apartment and the bank says that I can’t be considered without paying off the reposession. My credit score is 640. Thanks.

Ive but a bid in for a repo house with an estate agents in the UK. Ive offered £8K less than what it is on the market for but the house need a bit of work (nothing serious). There is also a electric card meter with -£500 on it which I have offered to pay and all the water, gas and elec has been off.

The boiler has been turned off for while and may need servicing. And ill need to get the gas electric and water reconnected

Is there anything I should know?
Am I missing something?

I’ve seen advertisements that speak of buying a house quite cheaply from an auction. But, it sounds “too good to be true.”

I’ve asked around and it hit me to seek some input from yahoo.
