I saw this informercial about buying houses in government tax sales/auctions, but how do you find them. Apparently the previous owner foreclosed and did not pay property tax, so the gov’t then sells the house in an auction. But where are these so-called auctions?
What documents are needed on the day of the auction? How do I find the reserved bid on a specific home? Any info would be appreciated. I am a newbie to this.
i have only seen signs that say a house “was” auctioned. how can i find out before the auction. are there sites to go to?
