The house went for auction but was apparently passed in. I am trying to find out what the final bid was, thanks.

I am unclear on how the whole “Fulton County Court House Auction” works? Do I need to bring a chiers check at the time of bidding or I can get it produced within prescribed timelimit?

If the house is appraised at $140,000, does it start at $140,000? Or lower?

I’m looking to find out what will happen if my house is repossesed and ends up in an auction or being sold and sells for less than i owe the mortgage lender?

If you buy a house from an auction (particularly in California), what will the property tax be based on? Will it be based on the auction purchase price or some assessed market value?

my friend’s family has a big money issue. they had a paper in front of their house saying they haven’t paid since 06 & the house will be going for auction on the19.

will their house be taken away on that date? or whats gonna happen. im very concern. will the bank ppl come in and lock their doors, kick them out?

Our house went into foreclosure and then sold at sherriff’s auction late last year. It sold for a bit more then we owed the banks. We expected to pay off everyone, then receive that money from the sale of the house, and start a new. The house was bought by a real estate investor. A few days after the house sold, we were informed that this real estate investor is suing us because he did not like the condition of the house, claiming that we intentionally vandalized the house. He is suing us for the exact amount that is owed to us after the house sold to repair damages. We did no such thing, we were forced to move in a very short time with no moving company to help. Has anyone been sued like this before?
We feel we have already lost everything.

I need to sell the house pretty quick now has my new house will be ready to move into in 5 weeks.so i am thinking about selling it at auction.My house is only 3 years old and in excellent condition,its only time that is not on my side.

If the bank loaned the home owner money to buy the house in the first place, and then they buy it back at auction, isn’t the bank paying for the same house twice.
