if i were to pay towards their mortgage, what could i do to make sure i didn’t lose my money? could i own a percentage of their house (til they payed me back) and could i make it impossible to take out any other loans secured on the house (which would make it higher risk)

my property was repossessed in february this year, Is it still possible for me to buy a house in UK at all?

My husband and I live in a crap, crap, crap, did I mention crap mobile home. Well, now we need to buy a house becuase our place is falling apart and I hate that my son has to grow up in such a POS. Anyway, we still owe on this place but KNOW that no one will pay a penny for this place. So, I’m wondering if my husband agreed to a voluntary repossession and we got the mortgage in my name how bad would that hurt us?

I’ve just found out my sister and her husband haven’t payed there mortgage for 3 months now, does anybody know how many months till it will be repossed if they continue not to pay there mortgage?

My husband and I are planning on getting our first house in 3 months. We were interested in getting a house at a county auction. You have to bring enough cash to completely cover the bid to get the house. Does anybody know how you can get that much cash to get a house and if you do get it, how do you pay it back? Is it like a mortgage?

I got married almost 2 years ago, and ended up living with my parents, with my dads, mum, and my name added to the mortgage.
for the 1st year i was paying £650 a month on 1300 mortgage and my dad was paying the other half. Come 2nd year, i’ve been paying £700 a month, and my dad £600. The thing is that i would like to move out due to personal reasons, with my wife - is there anyway of me removing my name of the mortgage in case repossession occurs after we leave. What would i need to get out of this mess? Please help

If a house has a mortgage wouldn’t the bank foreclose on the property before the government got it for tax evasion? If I want to buy a tax auction house am I only going to find low quality houses that had little to no mortgage that is now paid off, or are there nicer homes that come up?

this is a tricky 1 , i bought a house 10 yrs ago and let it go to voluntary repossession, it sold , i buried my head in the sand moved on married and got a mortgage with my husband , now the trustee in ancruptcy has put a charge on our home and are trying to reposess , they say they want my share of equity in the house which totals approx 15,000 , how does my husband raise the money when there is a charge on the house , does this affect his credit rating , would a judge really repossess even though they want 15 grand my home is valued at 100 grand , it goes to court very soon , i am ill with worry
