Repossession Houses

I know the situation is worse now for people with ok - bad credit trying to buy a house, but is it impossible? I have a repossession from three years ago. I still have about $5000 to pay on it. My credit score is about 640. What do you think? I don’t want to waste my time going to the bank/lender if there’s no chance.

I bought a new house 2 months ago because we had not sold the house we where selling we got a bridging loan until we sold it after a week we did sell it but now the buyers have pulled out as there chain has fell thougth if the loan Company wanted to put a repo order on us which house would they reposes the one for sale or the one we are living in.

I left my husband 3 months ago and didnt have anywhere to go with my two small children so a friend said i could stay at her house which she had left as she could no longer pay the mortgage on it. I have found out it was in court today (7th May) for repossession, the owner has been to the house today and said that she needs me out by tonight, obviously I have nowhere to go…what are my rights as to staying in the house and does she have the right to make me leave now or is it down to the mortgage lenders? Also does anyone know if it is possible to rent the house from the mortgage lender rather than buying it from an auction? I also own my own house with my husband but he is refusing to leave, the house is up for sale so just need to stay here til my house sells. Any answers would be a great help as I dont know what to do from here.

When an estate agent sells a property on behalf of a mortgage company are they required to put a for sale sign up and advertise it.

Kicking a family out of their house because of unreasonable interest rates and greedy bankers is surely a human rights issue. Does it call for extreme/non-violent action, like squatting your own home??

Somebody told me that if you refuse to obey the bailiffs with a court order for the repossession of your house the police can come in and arrest you. Is this true?

I have had to repo a car twice from a friend of mine and now we are in the process of going to court over this. What is a reasonable charge to go pick up the car, which was about 10 miles from my house? Also aside from damages are there any additional charges I should add? Thanks

and does it affect apr om my existing cards?
